Varnished Wire Catalyst

Basic information：

The vanished wire catalyst was produced by cordierite honeycomb ceramics as the carrier, precious metals as the main active ingredients, and with high dispersivity and uniform distribution.

 

Performance：

1. The basic principle of the product for purifying waste gas is catalytic combustion. The heat energy generated during catalytic combustion can be comprehensively utilized.

2. Low gas flow resistance, low initial reaction temperature, high activity and wide space velocity adaptability. When the concentration of HC is in the range of 2000-8000mg/m3, the space velocity is 10000h-1, the purification effect is more than 98%.

3. It has good heat resistance and can withstand short-term impact of 700 degree C high temperature.

4. Long service life, under normal operating conditions, generally 1-3year.
