Performance：

1、Working temperature: It can work at high temperature of 400~600℃and withstand short time impact at high temperature of 700℃.

2、Product feature: The gas flow resistance is low, the initial reaction temperature is low, and the space velocity range is wide. When the concentration of organic matter in the exhaust gas is in the range of 2000-8000 mg/m3, the reaction space velocity is 10 000-15 000 h-1, and the inlet temperature of the reaction gas is 180-350 ℃, the purification efficiency is more than 98%.

3、Service life: According to the normal operation requirements, the service life of the catalyst is generally 1-3 years.

4、Grain size: Φ3-5 mm

5、Compressive strength: ≥50 N/grain

6、Bulk density: 0.65-0.75 kg/L

7、Specific surface area: ≥250 m2/g

Application：
Many factories in the process of spraying and drying paint inevitably emit waste gases containing impermissible amounts of organic substances, such as benzene, hydrocarbon, alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, ether ester, and carbon monoxide. For instance , chemical works , food works , machines , instruments , apparatus , manufacturers of cars , wires , printings , lacquering , multicolor steel plates , shoes making , wire-enameling machines etc .
